Norwegian Luna

The Luna is Norwegian Cruise Line’s exciting new Prima Plus-class ship set to debut in spring 2026, bringing more space, style, and fun to Caribbean cruising. At about 1,056 feet long and 156,300 gross tons, she can accommodate around 3,550 guests and is slightly larger than NCL’s earlier Prima-class ships, offering expanded public areas and amenities.

Norwegian Luna sails seven-day Caribbean itineraries roundtrip from Miami, visiting a mix of Western and Eastern Caribbean ports including Roatán, Costa Maya, Cozumel, Puerto Plata, Tortola, St. Thomas, and NCL’s private island Great Stirrup Cay. Onboard, guests can enjoy standout attractions like the Aqua Slidecoaster (a hybrid rollercoaster-style waterslide), The Drop free-fall slide, and the interactive Glow Court sports complex that transforms into a nightclub at night.

The ship also features signature spaces such as the broad Ocean Boulevard outdoor promenade, adults-only Vibe Beach Club, Infinity Beach, and a wide variety of dining options from new venues like Thai-inspired Sukhothai to classic favorites like Cagney’s Steakhouse and Le Bistro. For those seeking luxury, Norwegian Luna’s Haven complex includes spacious three-bedroom duplex suites with private balconies, 24-hour butler service, exclusive lounges, and sundeck amenities.

Norwegian Cruise Line

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) is a major global cruise operator known for its Freestyle Cruising concept, which emphasizes flexibility and choice—meaning no fixed dining times or formal dress codes, so guests can design a vacation that fits their style. With a fleet of nearly 20 contemporary ships sailing to around 450 destinations worldwide, NCL offers a mix of itineraries from short Caribbean getaways to longer European, Alaska, and bucket-list adventures, including private island stops at Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas and Harvest Caye in Belize.

Onboard, travelers enjoy a wide variety of dining options (from complimentary main dining rooms and buffets to specialty restaurants), lively entertainment (Broadway-caliber shows and high-energy performances), fun activities like racetracks and water slides on newer ships, and spacious outdoor areas perfect for relaxing or socializing. NCL also offers packages such as More At Sea that bundle popular add-ons like premium beverages, specialty dining, and shore excursion credits, giving guests more value and convenience.
